I’m Anita, a Lisbon-born artist and tattooer. My journey into tattooing began in 2008, after getting my first tattoo and immediately recognising that this was the path I wanted to follow.

My work is rooted in American Traditional tattooing: strong lines, solid colour and images designed to last. Over the years, I have developed a more personal approach focused on placement, movement and the natural curves of the body. I work across different scales, from delicate pieces to large projects, always looking for a balance between strength and finesse.

Alongside tattooing, I develop work in drawing, printmaking and ceramics. These different practices often influence one another and form part of the same visual world.
